On April 18, 2019, Roel Valentin Dementevich, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Deputy Director General of the Social Insurance Research Institute, of the Russian Ministry of Social Development and Health visited to Tashkent institute of Finance in accordance with the schedule "On involving foreign professors, teachers, scientists and specialists in the educational process" approved by the rector of the institute on August 15, 2018. Professor Roik Valentin Dementevich, Doctor of Economics, made a presentation on "Uzbekison and Russia: Reforms in the Pension System" at the Treasury and Public Funds Faculty. The lecture was attended by 2 course BPI-70,71, 3rd year BPI-90,91, MM-91 group of "Finance" educational direction and teaching staff of the department. During the visit, Professor Roik Valentin Dementevich presented his scientific work " Social insurance in a changing world ". The lectures were interesting and meaningful.
